PANTERASoft ("we", "us", "our") is an independent software company that develops and sells Windows utility software. Our website is panterasoft.com. For any privacy questions, contact us.

2. Data we collect

Contact form submissions

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you write. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.

Analytics

We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool. Umami collects anonymous page view data (page URL, referrer, browser type, OS) to help us understand how the site is used. It does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not share data with third parties. No personal data is stored by Umami.

Purchase data

Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors (PayProGlobal, Avangate / 2Checkout, Plimus / BlueSnap, RegNow). We receive only the transaction result and the email address needed to deliver your license key. We do not store payment card details.

3. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Our analytics tool (Umami) is cookieless. No cookie consent banner is displayed because no cookies are set.

4. Lawful basis for processing

We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry). Purchase-related data is processed on the basis of contract performance (delivering the software license you purchased). Analytics data is anonymous and does not constitute personal data processing.

5. Data retention

Contact form messages are retained for up to 2 years, then deleted. Purchase records (email + transaction ID) are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.

6. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

7. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with payment processors as necessary to complete a purchase.
